1) Auto Back wash Self Cleaning Filters

The automatic Back wash Self Cleaning filters are simplex basket filters installed with single or multiple elements depending on flow rates.

The back wash scanner is coupled with geared motor at one end and to the back wash pipe at the other end. The automation logic of these filters is mainly based on set differential pressure. When the Differential pressure reaches the set point the cleaning cycle is initiated. The geared motor rotates the back wash scanner & simultaneously the motorized backwash valve opens to the atmosphere.

The retained particles/solids on inside surface of element/s are back flushed through back wash scanner & back wash valve. The opening & closing of motorized backwash valve is synchronized with geared motor operation. The back wash cycle time can be set from 10 sec. to 30 minutes. Factory settings shall be 20 seconds to 45 seconds. Timer based automation logic is also additionally incorporated which is initiated at set interval of time. Factory settings shall be 12 Hrs. Degree of filtration offered is down to 50 microns.

2) Duplex Filters (Auto back wash and Manual)

Filter-Sep Manufactures Super-Premium Quality Duplex Filters for various applications. Two simplex filters housings assembled together with common change over valves makes it a Duplex Filter. Duplex Filters are manufactured with 2 nos. individual 3-way ball valves for Inlet & Outlet Connections with single operating lever or with integrated 3-way L-Port six-way ball valves depending upon size of valve for easy operation.

Duplex filters are also Manufactured with common inlet chamber having disc valve & 02 Butterfly valves installed at inlet & outlet respectively. Duplex filters can be operated and backwashed Manually as well as automatically.

3) Simplex Basket Filter / Strainer

Simplex Basket Filters as a standard design have inline inlet / outlet nozzles. However the Offset design is also available based on applications. Simplex Basket Filters are offered along with Filter Elements having degree of filtration up to 10 micron absolute. These Filters are used for wide range of applications and depending on Customer specifications and requirements.

Simplex Basket Filters / Strainers are of coarser type with Degree of filtration up to 200 to 500 micron. Both Simplex Filters / Strainers have a separate bypass line to direct the flow when the Element / Strainer has to be cleaned etc. (and the flow is interrupted).
